In response to operational strategies and entry into new business ventures, the company has developed an intellectual property management system to mitigate patent litigation risks that may arise when products reach significant economic scale. By analyzing patent and technical information, the company formulates optimal strategies to reduce operational risks.

Intellectual Property Management Implementation Status

• As of September 2025, BenQ Medical holds over 15 valid patents, including 10 in Taiwan and 5 in the People's Republic of China.
• The implementation status for 2025 was reported to the Board of Directors on October 30, 2025.
