Clear Attribution of the BenQ Trademark

Official Statement on Trademark Ownership and Unauthorized Use

Recently, certain products labeled with “BenQ,” “Trident,” and other trademarks have appeared on the market, which are not manufactured or authorized by BenQ Medical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BenQ Medical”). These counterfeit products falsely claim affiliation with the BenQ Medical brand.

In order to maintain market order and protect the legitimate rights and interests of our partners, hospitals, and users, BenQ Medical hereby issues this official statement.

The trademarks “BenQ” and “Trident” have been comprehensively registered by BenQ Group in China as well as in many other countries and regions worldwide. In 2007, the “BenQ” trademark was officially recognized as a “Well-Known Trademark” by the China Trademark Office. BenQ Group is the sole and legitimate owner of these registered trademarks.

Any unauthorized use of these trademarks will be subject to legal liability in accordance with the law.
